January 22nd 6:30-8:00pm.

We will follow and discuss workbook ideas and exercises!

Our plan, is to hone our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual Self-Discovery journeys with a like-minded group of amazing people!

If you are attending please bring a notebook, pen, something to drink 🍹 and your own personal snack 🥕
