Woman Arrested After Domestic Disturbance on North Phillips Street
Salina Police arrested a woman following a domestic disturbance that occurred on November 8 around 8:00 a.m. in the 200 block of North Phillips Street.
Officers initially responded to a report of a burglary in progress, but upon arrival, determined the incident was domestic in nature involving two individuals who shared the residence.
According to authorities, 28-year-old Shealynn Klinkerman broke a window to enter the home, cutting herself while crawling through the glass. She then struck a 31-year-old male with a broom, causing minor scratches.
Klinkerman was taken into custody after resisting arrest and was transported to the hospital for treatment before being booked into the Saline County Jail. She faces charges of battery, property damage, and interference with law enforcement.
