Salina Police Investigate Residential Burglary on Morrison

Salina Police are investigating a residential burglary reported on December 15 at approximately 1:00 p.m. in the 400 block of Morrison. The victim, a 58-year-old male, reported that his residence had been broken into.

According to police, forced entry was made through a back door of the home. Items reported stolen include a 9mm Beretta handgun, a Pittsburgh Steelers Irish Whiskey bottle, U.S. currency, and a pair of white Hey Dude shoes. The total estimated loss is approximately $1,500.

Police reported that an image of a suspect was captured in the area. The individual was described as wearing a white stocking cap, a black jacket, and blue jeans. The investigation remains ongoing.
