Crime Stoppers: Police Seek Information on Fraudulent Credit Card Use in Salina

The Salina Police Department is investigating a case of fraudulent credit card use after a subject reported their wallet missing on Monday, January 12, 2026.

According to police, the stolen credit cards were used at multiple Salina businesses. One card was used at Dillon's on Planet Avenue on Sunday, January 11, at approximately 8:20 PM to purchase lottery tickets. The same card was used again at the same location on January 13 around 9:40 AM for more lottery tickets, and later that day at Cave Diver's on Belmont to purchase alcohol and cigarettes.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident or the identity of the individual involved to contact Crimestoppers at 825-TIPS. Tipsters may receive a cash reward of up to $1,000.
