Man Arrested on Out-of-State Warrant at McDonald’s

Salina Police officers responded to a call for service at the McDonald’s on Planet Avenue on Monday at approximately 10:00 p.m. regarding a male subject refusing to leave the business.

Employees reported the individual had been sleeping in the restaurant lobby and had been asked multiple times to leave prior to officers’ arrival. Officers made contact with the subject and identified him as 32-year-old Jordan Fisher of Salina.

During the investigation, officers discovered Fisher had an active out-of-state warrant and placed him under arrest. Officers also located a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on his person.

Fisher was taken into custody without incident. The originating state and underlying charges associated with the warrant were not immediately available at the time of arrest.
