Utility Construction on Fairdale Rd Monday
Smoky Hill Construction will close a section of Fairdale Road starting Monday, February 2, 2026, to disconnect a water main from service.
The two-week project will affect Fairdale Road between Overhill Road and Meadow Lane, with work expected to be completed by February 16, weather permitting.
Road Closures and Access
During construction:
Fairdale Rd will be closed to thru traffic south of Overhill Rd. Access to Fairdale Rd north of Meadow Ln be prohibited. Residents along Fairdale Rd will be provided access from Overhill Rd.
